Henrik Ehrnrooth elected new member of SGL Group ApS’ Board of Directors

At an extraordinary General Meeting on 24 April 2025, Henrik Ehrnrooth was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors for SGL Group ApS.

Henrik Ehrnrooth brings extensive experience from 15 years with KONE, 10 years as CEO and prior to that, five years as CFO, and further from more than 10 years at Goldman Sachs. Currently, he holds the seat as Chair of the Board at UPM-Kymmene and SIBS Modular AB.

Chairman of the SGL Board of Directors, Nils Smedegaard Andersen, says: “We are pleased to welcome Henrik to the SGL Board of Directors and convinced that the extensive experience and knowledge will be helpful in delivering on our strategy.”

Henrik Ehrnrooth has replaced Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen, who resigned from the Board of Directors.
