Acquisition of Orbis Global Logistics, New Zealand

SGL International A/S (the Group) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire New Zealand Freight Forwarder Orbis Global Logistics Limited.

With the acquisition, the Group will strengthen its position, providing a solid platform in New Zealand, and strategically complement our strong growth in the Pacific Region. Most importantly, it will bring additional human capital with a perfect match to SGL DNA and culture.
