SGL TransGroup International A/S (SGL Group) has today published the annual report 2019

  • The 2019 revenue was DKK 4.1 billion versus DKK 3.5 billion in 2018
  • The total Gross Profit was DKK 773 million and the Gross Margin equals 18.7% versus 16.8% in 2018
  • The 2019 EBITDA before special items and excluding IFRS 16 was DKK 134 million versus DKK 89 million in 2018
  • For SGLT Holding II LP (SGLT Holding), the 2019 revenue was USD 1.1 billion and Adjusted EBITDA (Business performance) excluding the impact of IFRS 16 leases was USD 43 million
