Today, SGL International A/S has published its Annual Report for 2021.

SGLT Holding (SGLT Holding I LP)

  • For SGLT Holding, the 2021 revenue was USD 2.3 billion and Adjusted EBITDA excluding the impact of IFRS 16 leases was USD 112 million. On a fully pro forma basis year, 2021 revenue amounted to USD 2,456m and adjusted EBITDA amounted to USD 129m.
  • Adjusted EBITDA showed an increase of 124% compared to 2020. The strong performance was derived through the strength of our entrepreneurial business model, the ability to deliver despite an unpredictable market and capacity constraints and the breadth and diversity of our customers and partners.

SGL Group (SGL International A/S)

  • For SGL Group, the 2021 revenue was DKK 10.4 billion versus DKK 5.4 billion in 2020
  • The total Gross Profit was DKK 1.5 billion; equivalent to a Gross Margin of 14.5%
  • The 2021 EBITDA before special items and excluding IFRS 16 was DKK 511 million versus DKK 237 million in 2020; an increase of 116%
