September 9, 2020 – International freight forwarding companies, SGL TransGroup International A/S and US-based TransGroup Global Inc. announce that they will become one global brand called SGL TransGroup, become one global organization and have one executive leadership team. The global executive leadership team will consist of Global Group CEO, Allan Melgaard, and Global Group CFO, Claes Brønsgaard Pedersen.

SGL TransGroup informs that having one brand, one organization and one executive leadership is a natural step towards a stronger global presence.
