SGL TransGroup International A/S (SGL Group) has today published the annual report 2020

SGLT Holding (SGLT Holding I LP)

• For SGLT Holding, the 2020 revenue was USD 1.2 billion and Adjusted EBITDA excluding the impact of IFRS 16 leases was USD 50.4 million; compared to 2019 organic growth of 8% in revenue and 17% increase in Adjusted EBITDA despite disruptions from COVID-19
• The strong performance was derived through the strength of our entrepreneurial business model and the breadth and diversity of our customers and partners, combined with disciplined execution of COVID-19 cost saving initiatives and restructuring activities

SGL Group (SGL TransGroup International A/S)

• For SGL Group, the 2020 revenue was DKK 5.4 billion versus DKK 4.1 billion in 2019
• The total Gross Profit was DKK 955 million; equivalent to a Gross Margin of 17.8%
• The 2020 EBITDA before special items and excluding IFRS 16 was DKK 237 million versus DKK 134 million in 2019; an increase of 77%
