ShaMaran Announces Dates for 2023 Bond Amortization Payment
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, December 7, 2021 /CNW/ - ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. (“ShaMaran” or the “Company”) (SNM: TSXV and Nasdaq First North Growth Market (Sweden)) is pleased to announce that the close of business in Vancouver, Canada on Wednesday December 8, 2021 has been set as the Record Date for Bondholders of the ShaMaran 2023 Bond1 to receive their pro rata share of the remaining $5 million amortization payment due in December 2021 plus accrued interest. The payment date for this amortization is scheduled for Friday, December 10, 2021.
