With reference to Section 30 of the Capital Markets Act (Kapitalmarkedsloven), Shape Robotics A/S hereby informs about notifications received from major shareholders following the recent registration of capital increase (announcement no. 12-24).

In connection with the capital increase in Shape Robotics, in which Fundamental Fondsmæglerselskab A/S also participated, the share capital of the company has been increased to a total share capital, resulting in both Fundamental Invest and Fundamental Fondsmæglerselskab A/S now owning stakes below 5 %
