Preparations for listing on the main-market: Change of certified advisor

Shape Robotics A/S is currently preparing for a transfer of listing place from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark to Nasdaq’s main market in Copenhagen in 2023 and has therefore engaged Grant Thornton as Corporate Finance consultant and Certified Advisor from January 1, 2023.

The collaboration is not entirely new, as Grant Thornton was also the company's advisor in connection with the recently completed share issue in November.

Grant Thornton has previously assisted other growth companies with up-listing from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark to Nasdaq’s main market in Copenhagen.
