Shape Robotics awarded large order in the Republic of Moldova

Shape Robotics is awarded an order in level of DKK 5 million. The order contains the delivery of seven STEAM Labs to high schools in Chisinau. The order will be delivered in December 2023.

In June 2023, Shape Robotics opened a subsidiary in the Republic of Moldova, executing the growth strategy the company announced in the spring of 2023. The announced order is awarded after several smaller orders to public and private schools throughout the autumn of 2023.

EU and World Bank build momentum behind Moldova's tech sector

As an EU applicant since 2022, Moldova is included in several international programs funded by the EU and the World Bank aimed at raising the tech and education level of the population. The identified programs represent a large part of Shape Robotics' revenue potential in the country.

The Government of Moldova has recently opened several programs aimed at strengthening vocational education and training for the benefit of better economic development in Moldova, including improving access to higher education, increasing the quality of teacher training and modernizing teaching methods and materials.

The order does not change the guidance for 2023.
