Shape Robotics enters distribution agreement in the UK worth DKK 3.7 m in 2023

Shape Robotics has now entered a distribution agreement with UK distributor HandyAV.
HandyAV is a UK-based company that creates seamless, professional AV solutions for technology spaces and has a broad customer-based network within educational institutions. The agreement is set for a minimum target of € 500.000 (DKK 3.7 m) in 2023, and the first delivery of Fable Robots has a total value of DKK 1.5 million.

As HandyAV is a Samsung Platinum Channel Partner in selected countries, today's agreement is the first tangible result of the partnership formed by Samsung and Shape Robotics with the mutual goal of facilitating and optimizing technological education in school systems worldwide.

With a growth strategy focused on international and local partnerships, Shape Robotics has already grown a market share in Central,- and Eastern Europe, while the main market, Romania, continues to function as a display for the technology and services of Shape Robotics to regional states aiming for a modern and digitized educational system. 

“Our distribution agreement with HandyAV is the first result of our recent partnership with Samsung which we formed in mid-2022. Today's agreement further showcases our technology and potentially opens doors to EdTech markets not only in the UK but across all continents,” says CEO André Reinhard Fehrn.

The first  delivery to HandyAV will be in March, well in time  before the opening of the world’s largest educational exhibition, “BETT” in London at the end of March.
