Shape Robotics enters into a 3-year distribution agreement of DKK 60 million

In line with Shape Robotics' partnership-based growth strategy, the company is now strengthening its already strong market position in the main market Romania with a new distribution agreement with one of the region's leading electronics and IT distributors. With an expected total order value of DKK 60 million. over the next three years, Shape Robotics will work side by side with the experienced teams from NOD to meet the great demand for educational technology for the large Romanian and Eastern European market.

First order of approx. 7 million will be delivered already this month, and both parties expect, according to the contract, to be supplemented with similar orders approx. three times a year in the next three years for a total expected invoicing value of DKK 60 million. DKK
