Shape Robotics is finalizing and releasing its long term* strategic plan aiming to support the growing confidence of its investors, partners, and employees.

The new plan is focused on further expanding and strengthening Shape Robotics’ business model, by emphasizing its core values interlinked with the continued disciplined and high-performance execution, as proven in the past years**.

The company is closely following already ongoing projects as well as new ones aimed at improving the core technology and product portfolio, relationship with clients and partners as well as expanding across countries and regions.

In terms of financial goals, the overall objective is to reach a net revenue of DKK 1 billion, the latest in 2027, with and EBITDA margin of 12-15%****. Such financial goals rely on further penetration of the business in Europe, but also on expanding in new markets like UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, India or China.

From a technology point of view, the strategic plan supports the ongoing development of the company’s existing product lines:

  • Thinken – the Mobile STEAM Lab designed for every classroom,
  • Smart Classroom – a must-have educational ecosystem for each institution,
  • Fable – the most famous modular educational robot,
  • The Academy – immersive learning experiences and smart lessons for all ages,

so that our existing product line step by step fulfill more and more requirements, while focusing on the digitalization of education.

As completely new development projects, Shape Robotics aims to be the first Ed-tech company offering AI classroom education to existing and new customers by providing a subscription-based educational intelligence assistant (E.di) designed to tackle a variety of challenges faced by educators today and offering a suite of features, including customized lesson plans that cater to individual teaching styles and student needs to encourage greater teacher engagement

The company perceives as critical success factors certain elements with major influence on the future business:

- develop and retain talents across our organization,

- further professionalize and strengthen our business foundation, including optimization of working capital,

- strengthen and build relations with existing and new partners, and

- strengthen financial capabilities to support strong growth.
