Shape Robotics raises expectations for 2023

A record-breaking fourth quarter of 2023 with a significant increase in orders prompts Shape Robotics to announce today the adjustment of the company's expectations for the fiscal year 2023 to a revenue level of DKK 170 million and Adjusted EBITDA at the level of DKK 8 million.

The previous 2023 guidance was in the range of DKK 145-155 million and Adjusted EBITDA of DKK 4-6 million.

The company expects to announce a new three-year growth strategy in the first quarter of this year, including expansion plans and the development of new products in collaboration with partners. The strategy will also include expected goals for revenue and EBITDA growth levels until the end of the fiscal year 2026.

The company expects to present interim financial statements for 2023 on February 29, 2024.
