Shape Robotics has received an order worth approximately DKK 3 million of STEAM equipment from a technology equipment reseller for the Municipality of Târgu Mureș in Romania. The project is partly funded by the EU's Regional Operational Program. The order is scheduled for delivery in October 2023.

"Several substantial digitalization projects in the EU are gathering momentum, and Shape Robotics is actively participating in multiple Edtech and Digitalization bids through our partnership network. This order, again, demonstrates our capability to expand and compete in projects beyond our 'traditional' SmartLab offering." André Fehrn, CEO

In total, in 2023, Shape Robotics has achieved several significant milestones in line with the company's growth strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. This includes the execution of a historic framework agreement for 2023-2024 valued at a minimum of DKK 223 million, the establishment of a subsidiary in Moldova with the initiation of the first commercial projects, and the launch of new products. Additionally, the company is actively pursuing the acquisition of an Edtech company in Poland called "Skriware" and anticipates a listing on the main market (Nasdaq Main Market Copenhagen) in Q4, 2023.

The order does not change the guidance for 2023.
