Shape Robotics receives major order

As part of the framework agreement established with Network One Distribution (NOD), Shape Robotics has secured an order totaling approximately €3.6 million (equivalent to DKK 27 million), scheduled for delivery in September 2023. This order encompasses a diverse array of equipment earmarked for the "SmartLab" initiative in Romania, including VR glasses, 3D printers, robots, and interactive displays (and more).

This purchase order is considered significant, as its value exceeds 5% of the anticipated annual revenue from existing markets. Therefore, in accordance with the company's internal policies regarding the disclosure of inside information, the order is communicated as a company announcement.

In June, Shape Robotics agreed to significantly expand the previously established extensive framework agreement with Network One Distribution (NOD), which spanned the following 18 months and is valued at a minimum total purchase amount of €30 million (approximately DKK 223 million). This agreement will be translated into a series of purchase orders throughout 2023 and 2024.

The order does not change the guidance for 2023.
