Shape Robotics receives order of approx. DKK 53 million

As part of the framework agreement established with Network One Distribution (NOD) (please refer to company announcement no 28-23 dated 8 June 2023), Shape Robotics has secured an order with a value of approximately DKK 53 million and with scheduled delivery of products under the order in December 2023 and January 2024. This order encompasses a diverse array of equipment earmarked for the "SmartLab" initiative in Romania, including VR glasses, 3D printers, robots, and interactive displays (and more).
This purchase order is considered significant, as its value exceeds 5% of the anticipated annual revenue from existing markets. Therefore, in accordance with Information Policy adopted by the company’s board of directors, the order is communicated as a company announcement containing inside information.
In June 2023, Shape Robotics and Network One Distribution (NOD) agreed on a substantial expansion of the existing comprehensive framework agreement between them. This extended agreement covered the following 18 months and provided for orders with a minimum total purchase value of €30 million (approximately DKK 223 million). The agreement will materialize in a sequence of purchase orders from NOD during the course of 2023 and 2024.
With the mentioned purchase order, the board of directors and management anticipate that the 2023 revenue will likely fall within the upper range of the guidance of DKK 145-155 million. However, the complete fulfillment of the order in December is contingent on a few outstanding (minor) deliveries of components/products from suppliers. Consequently, this order does not alter the guidance for 2023.
