Share capital increase has been registered by the Danish Business Authority

The increase of the share capital resulting from the successful private placement that was announced in company announcement no 87 has today been registered by the Danish Business Authority together with the updated Articles of Association of Shape Robotics A/S.

The new shares have been issued in the same class as the existing shares and will thus carry the same rights pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association. Furthermore, the new shares and are expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark on Friday, 25 November 2022 and will be trading in the existing ISIN code DK0061273125.

Following today’s registration of the share capital increase, the total registered nominal share capital of Shape Robotics A/S amounts to DKK 1,046,261.90 divided into 10,462,619 shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.10 each, and with the same number of voting rights.

The new updated Articles of Association of Shape Robotics A/S will be available on the investor relations section of the Company’s website https://shaperobotics.com.
