Shaylor Group strengthen London presence with new contracts
The London office of national contractors Shaylor Group has announced significant growth in their local presence with new contract wins in the housing and commercial sectors valued at over £11 million.
In the commercial sector Shaylor has secured a £4.8m contract for one of the country’s most well-known and widely used public sector bodies to support the relocation of its head office. The contract will see a complete refurbishment of the 5,000 square metre offices over three floors including installation of all building infrastructure, fittings and furniture. Shaylor will also be responsible for the decommissioning of their former headquarters.
Shaylor Group has also gained new contract wins in the housing market, adding to their already impressive portfolio of commercial, social and student accommodation projects. The Greater London projects will see Shaylor redevelop an existing commercial unit into 126 residential units at Concord House in Croydon, to the value of over £4 million. They will also be working nearby at Sycamore House in Thornton Heath where a £2.5m project will see them redevelop an existing commercial unit into 63 residential units.
