19th July 2012

Youngsters starting school in September have ‘graduated’ from The Old Station Nursery in Waterside South, Lincoln.

Ten children aged four and five decked in caps and robes officially moved on from the setting after picking up vital life skills to help them cope in a school environment. Each child was given a special certificate tied in red ribbon to mark the occasion.

Parents were invited to witness the landmark day for their little one, with everyone tucking into cake and party food following the ceremony.

Before the graduation a pirate brought swashbuckling fun for all the children not involved in the event. The graduation took place at 3.30pm on Wednesday (18th July).
