Disabled motorists using the Government-funded Motability scheme can drive away with a brand new MINI without paying a penny thanks to Astle MINI in Grimsby.

The dealership is offering the MINI One model under the scheme with a zero advance payment. And for those looking for a different kind of top-quality car, the BMW 118d M Sport Coupé is available for an advance payment of £1,399 at Astle BMW, also based at the Grimsby Road dealership in Laceby.

The BMW offers are also available at Astle BMW in Old Crosby, Scunthorpe.

Once customers have chosen the car they want, they can then use their Higher Rate Mobility allowance to cover the monthly rentals costs of a new vehicle.

“Disabled people can lease a car simply by using their Government-funded mobility allowances, and the scheme is open to anyone who receives the higher rate mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement. “Even if you don’t drive, you can still take advantage of the scheme by nominating up to two drivers. Similarly, parents and carers can also apply on behalf of a child. The only tricky thing will be deciding which car you’d like to drive away with as the choice is fantastic!”

Offers available include the classic MINI One with no advance payment or the more spacious MINI Cooper Countryman for an advance payment of just £99. Alternatively, you could opt for BMW’s 116d ES 5-Door Hatch for an advance payment of £1,499 or go for even more luxury with the BMW 318i SE Coupé for £2,699.

A team of trained specialists is on hand to answer any questions you might have about taking part in the scheme. Car rental includes insurance, servicing and maintenance, RAC breakdown cover, free replacement tyres and window or windscreen repair or replacement.
