Brayford Hotels would like to invite you on a hard hat tour of the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln Hotel on Brayford Wharf North in Lincoln on either 26th or 27th July.
The hotel, which will be the region’s premier upscale, full-service hotel establishment, is scheduled to be finished in November and will be Lincoln’s first four-star hotel as well as the first purpose-built DoubleTree by Hilton in the UK.
The contemporary and aspirational hotel will offer 115 well appointed and modern guest rooms and over 500 square metres of flexible meeting and events space including a ballroom with a capacity of up to 300 guests, theatre style.
Of the 115 rooms, 17 will be spacious studio suites each with a balcony and views of the Brayford Pool or the famous Lincoln Cathedral.
The hotel will also have an on-site gym and a rooftop bar and restaurant, accessed by a panoramic feature lift on the front of the hotel, with outside areas offering spectacular views across the south of the city.
