MUNDYS IN LINE FOR FOURTH AWARD WIN

Mundys has been recognised as one of the leading estate and letting agents in the UK after being shortlisted in one of the country’s most prestigious property competitions.
The Lincoln-based agency has been nominated in two categories: Best Estate Agent and Best Letting Agent in Lincolnshire in The UK Property Awards, in association with Google and Bloomberg Television.
Mundys has been the proud winner of the Best Estate Agent award for Lincolnshire for the last three years in a row.

The team at Mundys will be attending a high-profile gala awards presentation on Friday 28th October at the London Lancaster hotel near Hyde Park during which they will find out if they’ve won the five-star award for a fourth time.
The event is part of the International Property Awards, now in its 17th year, and has become recognised as the highest standard of excellence throughout the global property industry.
Attaining one of these coveted awards is evidence that Mundys is capable of excelling over some strong contenders within the highly competitive UK property arena.
Later this year the highest scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, the Americas and Europe to determine the world’s best in each category.
The judging panel consists of more than 80 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unparalleled in any other property awards.
This year’s judges include James Bacon, UK Account Manager for Google; Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
