New firm to provide financial expertise

Firms that need help to grow and businesses that are struggling in the economic downturn can both benefit from the services of a new company set up in Lincoln.
Queensgate Management will provide high-level financial management and turnaround solutions to businesses in the East Midlands and beyond.
The firm has been established by Jeremy Wetherall in partnership with chartered accountants and business advisers Duncan & Toplis.
Queensgate Management will specialise in financial management and turnaround work – rehabilitating underperforming organisations – and will also offer financial director services to businesses.
Jeremy Wetherall trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and set up his own practice in 1998. He also has considerable commercial experience, having run Sleaford Quality Foods as joint Managing Director from 2004 until 2009.
He has worked with many organisations dealing with the day-to-day issues affecting growing businesses and offering support to those facing challenges in the current economic climate.
“My aim is for Queensgate Management to become the preferred professional services firm to offer financial management and turnaround solutions in Lincolnshire,” said Jeremy.
“This is an exciting challenge and I’m really looking forward to growing the business with the support of Duncan & Toplis.
“The work I do goes beyond accounting and involves providing businesses with high-level strategic financial management support.
“Since the collapse of Lehman Brothers banks are looking for more and more information from their customers: more up to date management accounts, cashflow forecasts, business plans and so on.”
