Customers Gear up for Summer Adventures

CHEYENNE, Wyo., May 15, 2012 - Sierra Trading Post customers have saved more than $113 million off retail prices through April. In April alone, shoppers geared up for summer hiking, camping and fishing, and saved more than $28 million off retail prices.

"We’re adding great deals on tons of warm-weather essentials,” said Dakota Waide, multichannel merchandising manager. “Summer is right around the corner, and we’ll have the best from brands like SmartWool, Teva and Keen.”

To help spread great deals on great brands, Sierra Trading Post recently hired director of retail operations Brent Layton, and is committed to opening new stores throughout the next five years. Currently, the Top 100 Internet retailer operates four stores in Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada.
