Annual General Meeting of Sifo Group Today´s Annual General Meeting of Sifo Group resolved on a cash dividend of SEK 0,50 per share. Board members Håkan Bryngelson, Rolf Ekedahl, Örjan Håkanson, Ulf Ivarsson, Robert Lundberg and Hans Tson Söderström were re-elected. At the subsequent statutory Board meeting, Örjan Håkanson was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Ernst & Young AB were re-elected as the company´s auditors. The meeting decided that five-year convertible bonds with a total value of up to SEK 42 million should be issued as part of a staff equity plan. Around a hundred employees of the Sifo Group would be entitled to take up the bonds. Long term personal involvement as an owner may be expected to stimulate a greater interest in the business and the generation of profits, increase motivation and promote a feeling of solidarity with the company. The dilution amounts to 1.7 percent of the capital. The meeting further decided that, for the period until the next ordinary general neeting of the company, the board should be authorised to take decisions on the new issue of no more than 1,500,000 B-shares to be used in acquisitions of businesses and companies.
