Sifo and Telia in joint venture. Sifo Research & Consulting Inc. and Telia Infomedia Respons have started up a joint venture called Defacto Inc. The new company sets a new trend and offers small and middle size companies customer surveys at a competitive price. Defacto Inc´s. target group is small and medium size companies who can not afford or do not have the need of the comprehensive customer surveys which are established on the market today. "- This group does not have experience regarding customer surveys and is calculated to equal 55.000 customers and a value of SEK 250 million" says Johan Agerman, head of Business Development at Telia Infomedia Respons. "- We see this as the beginning of a whole line of interesting survey services for small and medium size companies. Defacto Inc. is a complement to Sifo´s present operations" says Anders Brogren, head of the department Market Development at Sifo Research & Consulting Inc. Defacto Inc. is a combination of Sifo´s knowledge and long experience of customer surveys and Telia´s knowledge of IT-based solutions for sending and receiving information.
