Sifo Group's shares traded ex-rights from January 5, 2000 On account of the current rights issue in Sifo Group, subscription rights will be detached so that shares in Sifo Group will be traded ex-rights from and including tomorrow, January 5, 2000. The subscription rights will be listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange. Trading in subscription rights will take place during the period January 13-21, 2000. The subscription period for the rights issue is January 13-26, 2000. It is expected that the prospectus will be received by shareholders in Sifo Group at the beginning of the subscription period. The record date of the rights issue is January 10, 2000.
