Sifo Group's stocks will be distributed
Sifo Group's stocks will be distributed on September 3, 1999 Scribona's Board of Directors have decided to distribute Sifo Group's stocks to Scribona's shareholders on September 3, 1998. The Sifo Group's stocks will be quoted on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange starting September 10, 1998. A prospectus of quotation (a document which explicitly describes the Sifo Group's business and the divisions Observer Media Intelligence, Sifo Research & Consulting and SMG Consulting) will be published approximately August 25th. This document will be distributed to all Scribona's shareholders. At the Sifo Group's shareholders meeting, Örjan Håkanson and Robert Lundberg were re-elected to the Board of Directors, while Håkan Bryngelson, Rolf Ekedahl, Ulf Ivarsson and Hans Tson Söderström were newly elected. Örjan Håkanson was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Sifo Group's Board of Directors: Robert Lundberg is the General Manager and President of Sifo Group and member of Sifo Group's Board of Directors since 1995. Håkan Bryngelson is General Manager of Vasakronan AB and is Chairman of Board of Directors for Agilia Holding AB and a member of Board of Directors for Celtica AB. Rolf Ekedahl is General Manager of Munksjö AB and is member of Board of Directors for Gunnebo AB. Ulf Ivarsson is Business Area Manager for Bure IT/InfoMedia and is Chairman of Board of Directors for Salcom AB and a member of Board of Directors for Scribona and Nordic Capital AB. Hans Tson Söderström is General Manager of SNS and co-opted Professor at Stockholm's School of Economics, as well as a member of Board of Directors for Investment AB Öresund and Hagströmer & Qviberg AB. As employee representatives to Sifo Group's Board of Directors, Per Ryhd and Ingrid Rånäs (who represent HTF) have been appointed. As a substitute employee representative, Klas Bergström has been appointed.
