Sikich Experiences Unprecedented Growth during Milestone Year
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — October 30, 2012 — With just more than two months left in 2012, Sikich LLP, a leading accounting, advisory, technology and managed services firm, is celebrating its yearlong success of extraordinary growth, its 30th anniversary and a multitude of both business- and workplace-focused awards.
“This year has been meaningful in many ways, from a milestone anniversary to a significant merger to exceptional firm-wide growth and more,” said Jim Sikich, CEO and managing partner. “The secret to our growth is simple—we continue adding innovative services that help our clients grow their businesses and reach long-term goals, and we also recognize that hiring only the best talent will allow us to deliver these services with those clients’ best interests in mind.”
With an annual average revenue growth of 10 percent during the past 10 years, Sikich is now nationally recognized as a leading accounting and professional services firm. Between June 2011 and June 2012, Sikich increased its full-time employee count by nearly 11 percent, and the firm now has more than 400 full-time employees firm-wide. In an effort to accommodate for even more growth in 2013 and beyond, Sikich moved its corporate headquarters to an 80,000-square foot facility in Naperville, Ill., marking one of the most significant Chicago-area business leases in late 2011.
“Although 2012 was an important year for Sikich, both in terms of achieving an important milestone and growth, we continue to look forward to making next year just as monumental,” said Stan Logan, COO and partner. “Our goals include increasing revenue by at least 10 percent and continuing our upward growth by hiring a number of new personnel—from entry-level staff to partner level—that will positively impact our firm and clients.”
