JANUARY–JUNE 2010 IN SUMMARY

• The transaction volume for the first half of 2010 was SEK 2,057,671 thousand (1,120,255), an increase of 84 per cent compared to the same period of 2009.

• Transaction-based revenue for the first half of the year was SEK 15,268 thousand (13,312), up by 15 per cent over the corresponding period of 2009.

• Compared to the same period of 2009, operating profit/loss before amortization/depreciation for the first half of the year improved by SEK 12,741 thousand to SEK 727 thousand (-12,014).

APRIL–JUNE 2010 IN SUMMARY

• The transaction volume for the second quarter of 2010 was SEK 1,096,742 thousand (936,742), an increase of 17 per cent compared to the same pe¬riod of last year.

• Transaction-based revenue for the second quarter was SEK 8,086 thousand (8,551), down by 5 per cent compared to the second quarter of 2009.

• Compared to the second quarter of 2009, opera¬ting profit/loss before amortization/depreciation improved by SEK 6,311 thousand to SEK 1,264 thousand (-5,047).

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS IN THE SECOND QUARTER

• Paynova signed a collaboration agreement with Litium, Sweden’s leading provider of web and e-commerce solutions.

• Paynova has carried out a total upgrade of its production environment infrastructure. The change to a new hosting supplier will ensure optimal availability and improved performance in the payment solution.

• Paynova’s associated company Chinova has worked intensively to complete and launch the eMall that China UnionPay has given Chinova responsibility for developing.

• In June Paynova held an event together with Trippus and ClickGirot at which a complete solution for booking, payment and distribution of electronic tickets was presented. The event mainly targeted event companies and county public transport operators.

• At the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2010, Björn Wahlgren was re-elected as Working Chairman. As new board members, Meg Tivéus and Yngve Andersson were elected to replace Lars Guldstrand and Dan Blomberg, both of whom had declined re-election.

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS AFTER THE END OF THE PERIOD

• The board of Paynova AB has appointed Mangold Fondkommission AB as liquidity provider for the company’s share, which is listed on NGM Equity. Mangold’s assignment started on 19 August 2010.
