KEY PERSONNEL BUY SHARES IN PAYNOVA

Paynova President and CEO Lars Ekstedt has bought 100,000 shares in Paynova. At the same time, Lars Guldstrand, advisor and co-opted onto the Paynova board, has purchased 100,000 shares. As previously announced, the company’s election committee has proposed that Lars Guldstrand be elected a board member and vice chairman of the board at an extraordinary generally meeting called on 7 December 2005.

The total of 200,000 shares was sold last week by several of the company’s existing major shareholders. The transactions were not made over the NGM Exchange and have not therefore, affected the market price of the shares.

Following the transactions, shareholdings and option rights are as follows:

Lars Ekstedt

Shareholding: 100,000 shares, equivalent to 0.45 % of the capital

Options: 150,000 option rights, TO10, granting the right to purchase 150,000 shares at an option price of SEK 12.50 a share.

Lars Guldstrand

Shareholding: 112,000 shares, equivalent to 0.50 % of the capital

Options: 150 000 option rights, granting the right to purchase 150,000 shares at an option price of SEK 12.50 a share.
