PAYNOVA GAINS MSEK 19 THROUGH PREFERENTIAL RIGHTS ISSUE

Paynova is to gain around MSEK 19 through a share subscription with accompanying subscription options.

The new subscription provisionally means that the number of outstanding shares will increase by 1,642,645 to a total of 34,495,559 shares, and that Paynova will gain SEK 19,383,211. The share capital will increase by SEK 164,264.5 to SEK 3,449,555.90.

The number of shares with subscription rights at the subscription price of SEK 11.80 was 1,642,645.

Following a preliminary check, around MSEK 12 has been subscribed to with or without preferential right with payment in cash or through off-setting against claims. The remaining shares, at a sum of around MSEK 7, will be subscribed to in accordance with the guarantee agreements drawn up and distributed pro rata between the guarantors.

Board members Dan Blomberg, Lars Guldstrand, Bengt Holmqvist and Ulf Risberg, as well as CEO Per Sunnemark, on behalf of themselves, associates and other companies, have subscribed to shares at a sum totalling around MSEK 2.

In accordance with the prospectus, the final result of the issue will be published as soon as possible, and no later than around 8 June 2007.
