PAYNOVA’S NEW SHARE ISSUE: WEDNESDAY 25 JUNE LAST DAY FOR TRADING SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS

The board of Paynova would like to draw attention to the fact that Wednesday 25 June is the last day for trading subscription rights in the ongoing new share issue.

Ongoing new share issue in Paynova

The Annual General Meeting of Paynova decided on 4 June 2008, in accordance with the board’s proposal, to implement an issue of new shares with preferential rights for shareholders. Twelve (12) existing shares provide the right to subscribe to one (1) new share. The new shares will be issued at a rate of SEK seven (7) per share, which means that the Company will be provided with a maximum of approximately MSEK 23.2 before deductions for issue costs.

For each two (2) subscribed and allocated shares, one (1) Option Right 2008:2 will be received at a subscription rate of SEK 7, and for each subscribed and allocated share, one (1) Option Right 2011 will be received at a subscription rate of SEK 9.

Trading subscription rights: 16-25 June 2008

Subscription period: 16-30 June 2008
