PAYNOVA SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH FRANCE’S LARGEST INDEPENDENT COMPANY FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
Paynova AB (publ), which is listed on NGM Equity and offers secure online payments, has entered into an agreement with the largest independent player for online payments in France, PAYBOX SERVICES SAS. The agreement means that the Paynova Wallet will be integrated into the Paybox platform. This will make the Paynova Wallet available to over 1 200 online traders on the French market.
Since 1999, Paybox has established a leading position on the French market for online card payments. Paybox’s independent status in relation to the French banks enables it to offer a broad range of payment options, such as Aurore, American Express, Diners Club, GE Capital Bank, Cofinoga, MasterCard and VISA.
This agreement is very important to Paynova and can be viewed as an important stepping stone for future agreements on the French market. It enables Paynova, for instance, to intensify its efforts to cultivate French student organisations as it does in Sweden
