PAYNOVA SIGNS GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH GS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS GMBH FOR PAYMENT SERVICES IN ESHOPS

Today Paynova is signing a partnership agreement with GS Software Solutions GmbH (GS), a company of the GS Software AG in Dortmund. GS Software is an internationally active software system and consulting house with subsidiaries in Germany, UK, and the USA. The e-commerce platform, GS ShopBuilder is already successfully established worldwide. The agreement means that Paynova’s payment solutions will be included as standard and offered as one of the available payment options in the new storefront – GS ShopBuilder 6.

Paynova is offered as one of the payment options in the latest version of GS ShopBuilder 6. Starting latest Q3 2006 the new version will power the latest Strato edition of the ’STRATO Kompakt-Shops’.
