PAYNOVA TO GAIN SEK 10.4 MILLION FROM TO 7 SUBSCRIPTION OPTION

Report this content

Paynova is to gain SEK 10.4 million due to original shareholders and shareholders with transferred subscription options having exercised their right to subscribe to shares in Paynova via the unlisted TO 7 subscription option.

The new subscription means that the number of outstanding shares will increase by 1,076,350 to a total of 28,910,492 shares, and that Paynova will gain SEK 10,440,595. The share capital will increase by SEK 107,635 to SEK 2,891,049.20.

The number of shares with subscription rights at the issue-adjusted subscription rate of SEK 9.70 was 1,133,000. A smaller number of option rights, corresponding to 56,650 shares, could not be exercised for subscription or transfer before the end of the registration period on 30 June. The degree of utilisation in terms of share subscription via TO 7 was thus 95 per cent.

Interest from investors in subscribing to shares from transferred TO 7 subscription options greatly exceeded the supply of option rights.
