PAYNOVA TO GAIN SEK 22 MILLION FROM TO 2 SUBSCRIPTION OPTION

Paynova is to gain SEK 22 million by exercising the TO 2 subscription option. All Board members with TO 2 subscription options have exercised their right to subscribe to shares in Paynova.

The new subscription means that the number of outstanding shares will increase by 3,678,887 to a total of 27,834,142 shares, and that Paynova will gain SEK 22,073,322. The share capital will increase by SEK 367,888.70 to SEK 2,783,414.20.

The number of shares with subscription rights and an option price of SEK 6 was 3,730,802. A smaller number of those with options, with ownership corresponding to 103,831 option rights, did not exercise their option to subscribe or transfer for subscription before the end of the registration period on 31 May. The degree of utilisation in terms of share subscription via TO 2 was thus 98.6 per cent.

Board members Dan Blomberg, Bengt Holmqvist and Marie-Louise Kjellström have subscribed to a total of 494,358 shares via TO 2 subscription options on behalf of themselves, associates and other companies.
