PUBLICATION OF PAYNOVA’S INTERIM REPORT JANUARY-JUNE 2006 TO BE POSTPONED

Paynova’s interim report for the period January-June 2006, which was to have been published today, 24 August 2006, as advised, will instead be published no later than tomorrow Friday 25 August. This is due to changes to the company’s administrative procedures.
