WOIZE INTERNATIONAL LTD. ANNOUNCES LETTER OF INTENT WITH PAYNOVA - AIMS TO LIMIT FRAUD IN VOICE-OVER-IP SERVICES
Digital communication service provider, Woize International Ltd. (OTC BB: WOIZ) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Swedish payment supplier Paynova AB for the collaboration regarding electronic payment solutions and common marketing partnerships.
“By signing a Letter of Intent and establishing ground for partnerships with Paynova, Woize is taking an important step forward, creating a secure and easy to use service with an integrated electronic payment solution”, states Anders Halldin, CEO & Co-founder of Woize.
Management believes that the Voice-over-IP market is growing at an enormous rate and that, fraud and insecure payment services are a serious threat to this market development. Paynova estimates that if no counter-fraud measures were used in the VoIP area, the fraudulent transaction would outnumber the normal users. Management anticipates that it will be an ongoing challenge to manage fraud and keep levels below one percent in the industry.
After more than a year of client/supplier relationship experience, Woize and Paynova have decided to go one step further and jointly develop what they believe is a service that effectively manages fraud yet delivers an excellent user experience with a fast and easy sign-up process. Both parties stand to gain from the joint venture service, by offering their users and partners better services and agreeing on defining and regulating the Woize-Paynova Card Fraud Management Initiative and Joint Service Solution,
