In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act’s section 28, please be informed that SimCorp A/S by acquisition has increased its holding of own shares and now owns 2,178,159 SimCorp shares (ISIN code DK0060495240) of DKK 1, corresponding to 5.01% of the share capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
