Interim report as of 30 June 2009 - SimCorp A/S

SimCorp's business performed satisfactorily in the first six months of the
year. H1 revenue was up by 6% compared with the year-earlier period to EUR
86.2m. EBIT for the six-month period was EUR 14.6m, an increase of 12%. SimCorp
upholds its full-year projections of revenue growth of around 10% and an EBIT
margin above 20%.
