Interim report as of 30 September 2009 - SimCorp A/S

In the light of the general economic uncertainty, SimCorp's business performed
satisfactorily in the first nine months of the year. 9M revenue was up 5% over
the year-earlier period to EUR 123.5m, and 9M EBIT was EUR 18.6m, an
improvement of 9%. SimCorp adjusts and specifies its projections for 2009.
Revenue is expected to be around EUR 180m with an EBIT margin of approximately
22%.
