Interim report as of 31 March 2009 - SimCorp A/S

SimCorp's business performed satisfactorily in the first three months of the
year. Q1 revenue was up by 4% compared with the year-earlier period to EUR
38.4m. EBIT for the three-month period was EUR 3.1m. 
SimCorp upholds its projections for 2009 of revenue growth of around 10% and an
EBIT margin above 20%.
