Interim report as of 31 March 2010 - SimCorp A/S

SimCorp's business performed satisfactorily in the first three months of the
year. Q1 revenue was up by 6% compared with the year-earlier period to EUR
40.7m. EBIT for the three-month period was EUR 2.1m. SimCorp upholds its
projections for 2010 of revenue growth of around 10% and an EBIT margin around
22%.
