In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act’s section 29, please be informed that SimCorp A/S on 30 April 2013 was informed that Ameriprise Financial Inc. has decreased their holding of SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0060495240) and now owns less than 5% of the share capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
