Major shareholder announcement - SimCorp A/S

In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act's section 29, please be
informed that SimCorp A/S on 11 June 2009 was informed that ATP and ATP Invest
has reduced their holding of SimCorp shares (securities identification code
DK0016026164) from previously disclosed 601,751 shares of DKK 10 each
corresponding to 12.22% of the share capital and the voting rights to 475,511
shares of DKK 10 each corresponding to 9.66% of the share capital and voting
rights.
