Presentation of SimCorp’s Annual Report 2012

SimCorp's annual report for 2012 will be released Wednesday 27 February 2013 and presented by SimCorp's Executive Management Board at an investor meeting Thursday 28 February 2013 at 9:00 a.m.

As previously announced SimCorp’s annual report for 2012 will be released Wednesday 27 February 2013 in connection with the Board of Directors’ meeting that day. The report will be forwarded to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S immediately after the meeting which is expected to finish after 5:00 p.m.

SimCorp’s Executive Management Board will present the report at an investor meeting Thursday 28 February 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (CET) at the company’s headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will be open to the public, and an electronic meeting facility has been set up through the following webcast link, where it will be possible to ask questions online via e-mail: http://storm.zoomvisionmamato.com/player/simcorp/objects/v19chtmj/.

Registration for participation in the investor meeting should be forwarded to Hanne Kirkegaard at hanne.kirkegaard@simcorp.com no later than Wednesday 27 February 2013.
