Presentation of SimCorp’s interim report as of 31 March 2012

As previously announced SimCorp's interim report for the first three months of 2012 will be released Wednesday 16 May 2012. The report will be presented by SimCorp's Executive Management Board at an investor meeting Monday 21 May 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

As previously announced SimCorp’s interim report for the first three months of 2012 will be released Wednesday 16 May 2012 in connection with the Board of Directors’ meeting that day. The report will be forwarded to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S immediately after the meeting which is expected to finish after 5:00 p.m.

SimCorp’s Executive Management Board will present the report at an investor meeting Monday 21 May 2012 at 9:00 a.m. (CET) at the company’s headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will be open to the public, and an electronic meeting facility has been set up through the following webcast link, where it will be possible to ask questions online via e-mail: http://storm.zoomvisionmamato.com/player/simcorp/objects/snk3y7fw/.
