Request for delisting of SimCorp A/S' shares from Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S

With reference to SimCorp A/S' (SimCorp or the Company) announcement published today (no. 26/2023) regarding Deutsche Börse AG's (Deutsche Börse) decision to initiate a compulsory acquisition of the shares held by remaining shareholders in SimCorp pursuant to sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act, SimCorp's Board of Directors has today, upon request from Deutsche Börse, decided to request Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S (Nasdaq Copenhagen) to have SimCorp's shares (ISIN DK0060495240) removed from trading and official listing at Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Provided that Nasdaq Copenhagen accepts the request, the delisting will be completed as soon as possible. The last day of trading is expected to be Monday 30 October 2023, being the last business day within the four-week compulsory acquisition period.
